My desire and passion are to assist individuals in overcoming the barriers that these adversities have caused and to empower them to realize the potential within them to navigate life with the appropriate tools and resources in order to achieve emotional and mental well-being. My goal is to assist individuals with recognizing that they can achieve wholeness.
I like to utilize a person-centered approach when working with individuals. I also challenge you to utilize your natural strengths and resources to overcome your present circumstances.
