I aim to create a safe space to process and make meaning of past experiences. enjoy integrating elements of breathwork, mindfulness, movement, and body-awareness into session. I work with kids, teens, adults, and couples.
I will be there to celebrate your successes, encourage you when you need support, and kindly offer feedback based on your goals of therapy. Just like life, I try not to take therapy too seriously. I look forward to walking with you along your journey so you can show up as your best self and live a balanced, intentional, and meaningful life.
I was born and raised here in the Biggest Little City and love exploring all that our community and area have to offer. I am also a registered yoga teacher and see my yoga mat as a place of introspection and growth. During my free time, you will find me traveling, playing outdoors, practicing yoga, or attempting to tire out my dogs!
