Many of my clients are young adults or new parents in the midst of a major life transition. I also work with children, teens and adults at any stage of life seeking validation, reassurance, and guidance in their careers, relationships, or parenting. I have focused my practice on supporting families through life cycles transitions beginning with pregnancy through childhood, adolescence, and college. My clinical specialities include social anxiety, depressed mood, and interpersonal stress. I am also trained by Postpartum Support International to work with the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.
