Hi there! My name is Danielle and I use she/they pronouns. I started my career working in a residential program and have continued working with young adults throughout my career. I worked with children and families doing in home therapy and then transitioned to working with young adults in outpatient therapy. I expanded my specialty to working with individuals with trauma and Dissociative Disorders.
My passion is helping the LGBTQIA+ community to find satisfaction in their life. Including setting boundaries and exploring and processing traumas as needed.
I enjoy working with young adults to address anxiety, depression, past and current traumas and relationship difficulties. I utilize a person centered, strength-based approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and TRIP therapy.
