I believe in building a strong, therapeutic alliance with the children and families I work with so that they feel validated, respected, and supported. I respect all identities, I particularly enjoy working with LGBTQ+ youth, questioning individuals, and gender nonconforming folks. I place a strong emphasis on a family approach, which means I can include caregivers in treatment to maximize the benefits of a holistic and systematic approach.
My areas of clinical specialty include: child/adolescent anxiety and depression, peer and family relationships, foster care/reunification/adoption, parenting/coparenting skills, gender affirming care, ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, anger management, and maximizing healthy family functioning.
