Today feels gray, you feel overwhelmed, even numb and the nagging “duties” of the day pull at your attention, one after another. You want to scream and hide under a rock to make it all go away for a minute, but you open your eyes to see the list of “should’s” just get longer. And worse yet, you feel alone in all of it.
Well hey, my name is Danielle and I’m here to offer my support. I am a teen or adolescent counselor. I am a couples counselor. I am an individual therapist. I can provide online counseling. I can provide EMDR as an EMDR therapist. I like to work with IFS or internal Family systems as well. I am an ADHD counselor and anxiety therapist.
My work focuses on targeting communication patterns, harmful behaviors, destructive habits, and limiting beliefs. I believe we are hurt in relationships, and we are healed in relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative and radical acceptance approach to helping clients identify and reach their goals as I pull from multiple therapeutic perspectives.
