My ideal adolescent/adult client is a person who is struggling in their life and is ready to take back control. They are ready to make changes because they have hope to get more out of life. They may be struggling with depression or anxiety. Perhaps they are dealing with a significant loss or change in their life. My ideal child client is one who is experiencing difficulties in with their mood or behavior that is affecting them inside and/or out of the home. This child has an adult in their life who recognizes their need mental health care and wishes to work collaboratively to foster positive change.
I offer a supportive ear and am ready to meet you where you are at in the process. My role is to empower my clients and arm them with the tools that they can use to achieve their goals. I am a creative thinker, and will adjust my approach to support my clients' social, emotional, and developmental needs.
