As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I work with adolescents 16yrs + and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and shame. I also work with complex and intergenerational trauma. My practice is primarily drawn from Relational Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness.
Through exploring interpersonal relationships, past and present, I hope to help you recognize patterns and coping skills you may have developed as a means of survival, to now create new ones that better serve you today.
