She graduated in 2017 from Stony Brook University with her master’s in Social Work and a specialization in helping individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. She has experience working with people from all walks of life including children, adults, victims of domestic violence, and those suffering from serious mental illness. She has previously worked at outpatient facilities as well as non-profit agencies.
She brings an eclectic approach to treatment and utilizes multiple theoretical orientations including DBT, CBT, EFT, ACT, Narrative, and Psychodynamic. She operates through a trauma informed lens and always incorporates psychoeducation to ensure those she's working with feels comfortable and confident they understand the approaches being taken.
