I work with a variety of tools to support my clients whether its solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy or person-centered. I offer faith-based counseling upon request and respect where you are as a fellow human and encourage you to use the tools that are already within. Integrating many tools allows for us to be flexible towards your goals.
Holistic integrative approach is our passion. I will guide you to find balance in your daily life, find hope and healing as well as learn tools that will support you long term.
