I am bilingual in English & Spanish. I specialize in teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or life changes. I received training on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at Rogers Behavioral Health. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
