My approach to therapy is centered on the therapeutic relationship: I view therapy as a partnership between therapist and client, and I seek to establish a trusting and safe environment as a foundation. With your therapeutic goals in mind, we will work together to gain a better understanding of yourself, your experiences, your relationships, and your emotions. Through this work, I will help guide you to learn how to better approach and cope with life's many challenges, ultimately leading to a happier, more fulfilling life.
