My goal is to help you find the one that makes you feel stronger, braver, and capable of facing life’s challenges.

My intention during sessions is to come alongside you to help you uncover opportunities for growth and development, to find meaning, and understand yourself and others better.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked in a variety of settings providing mental health support to individuals who are feeling stuck. I utilize evidence based interventions and also draw from my years of experience in building mental resilience through the sport of ultra running.
