Hi there! I'm passionate about helping folks who want to work through Complex PSTD or complex trauma, functional depression & anxiety, and self esteem concerns. My goal is to help you get unstuck from a cycle of over functioning, people pleasing, disconnection and overwhelm, to a place of grounding, clarity and connection. I strive to provide a warm, supportive and judgment-free space that is culture affirming and trauma informed, with an understanding that you are the expert on your life.
In our work together, you’ll find that my style is warm, compassionate, and empathetic. I don’t see therapy as a one size fits all approach. From a person-centered approach, I pull in from different therapies and tools as needed, and I enjoy fostering a space that’s gender affirming, body and sex positive, as well as kink friendly/affirming.
