I work with all ages and frequently work with teens and young adults. I draw upon humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy to identify what you want in life that you have been unable to obtain. I take a collaborative approach to sessions, meaning we work together to determine the best goals for your situation.
