I work very well with clients who feel nervous, anxious or very depressed. By calming them and getting them to recognize their positive potentialities, I quickly assist them to bring about change. I have confidence that my clients will again find purpose, peace and learn how to achieve what they strive to accomplish.
I relate well to teens and children. I have been very successful in changing behavioral patterns, increasing school performance and reducing conflicts with parents and sibs.
With over 34 years experience, I have worked with most disabling conditions and use positive strategies to bring change.
My specialty is cognitive therapy through which I assist clients to identify their problems, develop doable interventions, and assist them to bring about change. I also offer a one treatment for smoking with very high success rates. Finally, I am very effective at helping couples to stop arguing and communicate better.
