I offer individual and couples therapy for those struggling with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, finding identity, relationship concerns, and stress management.
While I tailor my approach to each individual client and their unique circumstances and needs, I value a person-centered approach to therapy that recognizes and utilizes the inherent expertise of the client.
