Throughout the course of my life, I have known the most fulfillment out of supporting others who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and many others. I have worked with children as young as 2 through ABA therapy, with adolescents, and with adults and have seen quality of life improved consistently. I work with the client to identify their strengths and values and help collaborate to identify strategies to reach their goals.
I have worked across settings including in outpatient clinics, private practice, residential treatment, in-home and in-school settings. I feel like each person's experiences and perspective are unique and I have incorporated a number of approaches to treat a diverse range of challenges, including CBT, DBT and ERP.
