My upbringing as an American child in East Africa, journey as a collegiate athlete and service in the military have brought me a very unique set of skills and life experiences. If you have unresolved trauma from child or adulthood, issues with anxiety, PTSD, Depression, substance issues drug addiction or just don't feel fulfilled in where you are at in life I can help. If you are at a point of transition and don't quite understand which direction to go I can help with that too. Many people carry trauma and it effects them everyday but they don't know it. I like to think of trauma like unneeded programs running in the background.
I offer specialties in veteran-civilian transition, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, dealing with the grief process, clinical application of neuroscience, adolescent counseling, anger management, and dealing with natural disasters.
My transition from being a Warrant Officer in the Army was not easy but I learned so much by pressing forward. I dealt with the gambit of issues anyone making a huge transition deals with. Before the Army I was a professional athlete and had to come to the realization that was ending too. Transition is hard but worth it and if your struggling I can help.
