I believe everyone needs individualized treatment. This includes taking in to account your personal history and development, as well as your current environment and social situation. It's also important for me to help you understand why you are feeling the way you do. People often have trouble in their thinking, relationships, work, or home life, and need help to sort these things out. Once we understand the difficulties you're having, then we can begin to make the changes that will make you feel better.
I have taught undergraduate and masters courses in psychology. I have practiced in several settings, including mental health agencies, clinics, hospitals, and private practice.
