I want to help people overcome anxiety, depression, and the feeling of being "stuck" in life, which can occur for many reasons. If you are ready to challenge your self-limiting beliefs and change the status quo in your life but don't know where to begin, I can help.
I offer talk therapy informed by evidence supported theoretical approaches. Every course of treatment varies somewhat, but I will draw on CBT, REBT, and ACT approaches to build a specific, realistic plan with you. We'll equip you with practical tools and exercises which you can learn and try in session, then apply to your life.
Change requires a process of effort and patience, but the first step is reaching out for help. I can provide a private, focused environment where your perspective is heard and respected. Together, we can begin to assess and learn without judging.
