I emphasize helping you build an understanding of your past experiences in order to better focus on what you would like from your present and future.
I primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach, while offering other modes of therapy that can fit your specific needs. I am a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, employ Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and phobia, and integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic therapy.
I care genuinely and deeply about my clients and respect each individual's values, identities, and stories. I am licensed in NY and offer in-person and virtual sessions.
