I help clients to feel heard, seen and empowered about their decisions, their relationships and themselves. Together, we examine the core values, beliefs and behaviors that make each client who they are and identify those that support who they want to become.
Each client is an expert on their own life and experiences, but many need help to make sense of these things and to live the life they want. My role is to guide, affirm and support each client on their journey from where they are to where they want to be.
