I take an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from a number of different modalities (i.e. CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, etc.). I am experienced working with clients on a wide variety of concerns or challenges including depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, ADHD, and relationship matters, among others.
