My experience has focused on adults with depressive disorders, anxiety issues, adjustment issues, relationship issues, substance use problems, ADHD, identity issues and life transitions. I have worked with members of the LGBTQIA community as well as other often marginalized groups.
My practice style is goal directed, solution focused, CBT and DBT informed. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where therapy is a collaborative process that ultimately leads to deeper understanding and change. We will work on building on your strengths along with broadening self-awareness in order to improve your overall functioning.
