As a marriage and family therapist, I look at not only how the presenting problem affects the individual but also how that issue affects a client's relationships. I have a conversational style, knowing every client has a unique story; I want to hear your story. My role is to help my clients resolve the underlying issues affecting their daily lives.
I primarily treat adults (19+) with trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and grief. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Also, work with couples seeking help with their relationship.
My passion is working with veterans and military family members. After serving 23 years active duty in the Air Force, I recognize the demands and challenges of military life. I am honored to serve the military community of which I belonged nearly 40 years.
