I have over 6 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults who are in crisis, experiencing anxiety and depression and are having suicidal ideations. I also have an additional 2 years experience working extensively on trauma in a therapy setting. I am trained in EMDR which is the leading treatment for trauma. Building rapport and connecting with clients has always been important to me in building a successful therapeutic relationship.
It is my goal to make you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes to your life. My primary approach to working with clients is in the use of CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and IFS.
