Do you find yourself being weighed down by past events or seemingly uncontrollable emotions? I treat all sorts of issues that people struggle with. I specialize in helping people overcome traumatic experiences, helping people with depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, anger management, and worry. I firmly believe in therapy as two or more people working towards a common goal. I like to help people accomplish their goals, whatever those goals may be, in the most successful way possible. I do my best to be approachable and I have a laid back style. I want you to be comfortable as we work on overcoming life's challenges.
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and obsessive thoughts. My main modality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This modality helps the brain to process memories that were processed incorrectly and still cause us grief or disturbances. I also offer DBT and CBT to help clients gain control of their thoughts and feelings.
