I have 45 years of counseling / therapy experience, with formal and ongoing trainings that focused on Mindfulness, Supportive Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy approaches and Internal Family Systems.
I strive to provide you with a confidential, safe, supportive, uncomplicated professional connection so you can work towards reaching your goal. VA Eligible Veterans who live 40 miles from the VA can see me through the Community Care Network (aka Veterans Choice) program. I am a Veteran and have helped Veterans for most of my career.
