Many of us struggle with internal voices and leftover doubts from past experiences. My counseling approach is to empower clients to live their best lives. The foundation of our work is connection. Together we explore ways to process emotions, realizing that while feelings may teach us something, they are not always facts. We will build an understanding of patterns that may impact how you talk to yourself, engage in relationships, approach your career, explore growth, and much more.
Choosing a therapist is a big deal! I invite you to schedule an initial session to experience our interaction. This will to enable you to make a decision about whether I can support you. While my foundational approach is Cognitive Behavioral, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to navigate through the noise toward action.
As a trained teacher I love applying my skills and knowledge to help people achieve their goals. If you are the type who wants loads of resources, we might be an excellent fit! My counseling helps individuals and couples address communication, conflict resolution, sex/intimacy, parenting (if applicable), and finances by exploring shared values.
