Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, from Outpatient mental health clinics to private practice, non-for-profit organizations and Hospitals both in Spain and in the U.S.A. I am specialized in mood disorders, adaptation issues, cultural and identity issues. I work mostly with adults, couples as well as teenagers and their families. I help my clients to face, solve, or adapt to the situations that are causing them to struggle being respectful of their origins and background.
My approach is to tailor my interventions to your needs in order to guarantee the effectiveness of therapy and your satisfaction with the treatment. We would work together in solving whatever is causing you distress.
