Are you a young adult (ages 18-40) trying to “figure it out”? Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed? Unsure of where to begin or what your next step should be? I am a psychologist who will compassionately and nonjudgmentally listen to you, help you make sense of what you’re going through, and support you in taking steps toward your desired goals.
I help young adults figure their lives out...one step at a time. My clients experience emotional and relationship challenges, and grapple with major transitions (e.g., education/career, marriage, children) and key developmental processes (e.g., identity exploration). I help them gain insight, think and act in new ways, and experience emotional relief.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, relational, and integrates techniques from multiple orientations to encourage progress. Most importantly, it meets you wherever you’re at.
