I am a therapist and mental performance coach based in NYC. I help my clients improve their well-being, achieve goals to boost mental resilience, and enhance performance, whether they are athletes, performers, or individuals facing life's challenges. Many of my clients seek change to overcome stress, communication issues, or self-worth concerns. Their goals include developing effective coping skills, improving focus, and achieving balance. Together, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, we will explore emotions and uncover new growth strategies, proven to increase peak mental performance and mental wellness.

My practice combines psychotherapy and mental performance coaching using holistic and evidence-based approaches, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), visualization, and mindfulness. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and their parents, recognizing the crucial role family support plays in nurturing and developing.
