As a EMDR trained, licensed mental health counselor, I offer a holistic approach to therapy, with an emphasis on healing trauma and maintaining a healthy mind/body balance. I specialize in counseling teens and adults to help overcome past trauma and current challenges with depression and anxiety. Focus tends to be placed on processing trauma in a safe and evidence based manner, enhancing self-awareness, creating insight, and building confidence. The ultimate goal is to reach your individual goals, therapy will be tailored to your strengths and needs.
My passion is working with teenagers and adults to overcome struggles with symptoms associated with trauma, depression and anxiety. I utilize a combination of evidence based EMDR therapy, person centered and solution focused approaches, among other interventions that are tailored for each client. Hours are flexible and all sessions are virtual (video/phone).
