I provide both compassion, listening, and validation within an integrated therapeutic experience, with challenges often associated with life transitions of all ages. Whether it be transgender issues, addiction or co-occurring issues, it is working as a partnership to begin to explore short and long term solutions, leading towards healing.

We are are all interdependent, yet the need for connection is more vital then ever in this day and age.
