Through a supportive, strengths-based perspective I can help adolescents feel comfortable to address feelings of depression, anxiety, or anger, oppositional behaviors, manage stress, destructive behaviors or self-harm and improve parent-child relationships.
I also treat women and their families who experience stress, depression, or anxiety during pregnancy or after the birth of a child.
