Welcome! I love working with clients on boundary setting, stress, anxiety and depression, parenting, how to improve career/professional functioning, resolving conflict in a healthy way, and much more. My youngest child has complex medical needs, which has given me a real soft spot for adults who are learning to thrive through unchangeable circumstances, as I've been there! My communication style is humorous, confident, and engaged. I will follow your lead but will also offer input, including helpful analogies and explanations of mental health concepts. I welcome disagreement and believe you are the expert on your own life.

I love offering different perspectives to get you thinking about things in a new light. We will work to compare your thoughts and feelings against reality to determine which are worth our time and which we should work to get rid of. I want to empower my clients to take up space, have opinions, feel things, and just generally lean into who they are!
