Hi! I enjoy helping adults and families with general mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, emotion regulation, and personality disorders. I also work with ODD teens and their families.
Early in my career, I worked with adolescents and families in public health helping families reunify after DCS involvement. More recently, I treat teens, adults and families with general mental health concerns. I specialize in borderline personality, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR, EFT, DBT, CBT, and ACT.
