Life can become overwhelming, overstimulating, and heavy. You may carry grief, sorrow, anger, stress, and worry in your mind and body. Maybe you experience waves in life where you lose your sense of self, your connection to the world around you, and you may lose meaning or hope during those difficult seasons. I seek to provide guidance for those who are open to the process of self-discovery and healing. My experience lies in working with CPTSD, PTSD, chronic stress, depression, anxiety, self-identity, life transitions, and spiritual concerns. I am passionate about providing gender affirming and culturally sensitive care.
My mission as your therapist is to provide you with compassionate presence during life's most deepest circumstances. My approach to therapy integrates existential-humanistic counseling, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness, breath-work, and yoga. We are not limited by these modalities and will tailor sessions to your needs.
