Much of our lives are spent striving to meet external expectations, often at the expense of neglecting our true selves. We fill the void with various distractions—from work and caretaking to food—as temporary substitutes. Despite our perpetual busyness, we often feel exhausted and trapped. Many of my clients have completed years of therapy and gained valuable skills, yet they still struggle with feeling stuck. In my sessions, I integrate somatic philosophies, parts work, brainspotting, and equine therapy to help us move beyond spiral thinking and reconnect with our bodies.
