My passions are assisting people with expanding their coping repertoire, helping couples and families hear each other, and gently guiding people to a place where they find their voices after traumatic events.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and PTSD. I am trained in utilizing Brainspotting, CBT, Mindfulness, and TF-CBT. My goal as a therapist is to come alongside you and help you to reframe what has happened, make sense of it, and positively redefine yourself while on your life’s journey moving decidedly forward.
