I think we can all agree...life can be tough...but so are you! You have survived all of your worst days. Are you looking to take a leap you've been too afraid to make? Are you feeling the stress and pressure from work, school, home or all of the above? Do you have things you want to say out loud to the world, but haven't quite found your voice? Many people go through life pretending to be okay, but I hope to provide a space that helps you feel comfortable enough to share when you aren't.
I find it easy to connect with people from all walks of life, and hold space for people of all ages, socioeconomic statuses, ethnic backgrounds, gender expressions and sexual orientations. I am an active listener and provide a space that is free of judgment. I hope to help you on your journey as you develop practical and realistic goals for yourself.

It can be difficult to process strong emotions and have tough conversations, especially when life has become overwhelming.
