I love working with girls and women along the full spectrum of reproductive life, from adolescence through older adulthood and menopause. I offer pregnancy and postpartum support, including for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS), NICU parenting, birth trauma, the transition to motherhood, parenting stress, and balancing personal and professional life post-baby.
As a therapist, my style is energetic, compassionate, and collaborative - I aim to create a safe haven of support and empathy while fostering hope and healing during this time. I am particularly interested in and passionate about social justice. My hope is to instill a sense of empowerment in your recovery and to work on strengthening your voice.
I have advanced training through PSI’s maternal mental health certificate program, reproductive mental health, the EMBERS menopause method, special considerations in perinatal and military populations, and birth trauma.
