For 25 years I've worked with individuals, couples and families. All of us, have delt with anxiety, depression, or relationships. My practice is predominantly filled with men. They struggle with the above as well as issues like cancer, life transitions and grief. Each of my clients made the decision to reach out for help. You can too. I make it easy. I see clients exclusively on line. Sometimes things happen. I've had clients see me in their car, office or even getting privacy in the back yard. I'm confident I can help. I like to keep things simple and uncomplicated. I offer a 45 minute session and we start on time. Each session you talk about what's on you heart, mind and gut. I listen and ask questions. My goal is to create a picture in my mind of your situation, as you experience it. From this vantage point we can explore, examine and look for solutions.
I do this because it makes me feel good. I love doing psychotherapy because I enjoy helping people. It's that simple. If we get to work together you'll see that I'm just being myself and having a good time. I hope we get to know one another. I'm available for an online video consultation.
