I am a counselor who works with kids and teens. I specialize in anxiety and depression, and have a beautiful farm that is relaxing and fun - making it an ideal location to help kids feel comfortable and open to discuss what is happening in their lives. We can walk around with the mini goats and donkeys while digging in to what is bothering them and working on strategies to help with coping in today's often difficult world.
I have years of experience helping teens and kids with anxiety and depression. I also like to work with kids who are LGBTQ+ who need someone to talk to for support and understanding.
At my farm, you will have an understanding and trusted adult who you can talk to about whatever is on your mind - no judgment, no lecturing, and confidentially; I am here to listen and to help you build a strong sense of self and resilience to face life's challenges head on.
