I strive to help others heal, and become the best version of themselves. In therapy my goal is to utilize an approach based on the client's needs/ goals to help ensure a positive therapeutic experience. Sometimes, life throws things our way that are beyond our control; leaving us feeling lost, scared, angry, hopeless and overwhelmed. My therapeutic approach includes getting to know you, your desired goals and your life challenges. With an empathetic approach I believe therapy can be beneficial in helping us manage overwhelming emotions, or dealing with various life stressors.
I assist clients with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, behaviors, and managing life stressors. Treatment modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Acceptance and Commitment, Solution Focused and mindfulness strategies.
As your therapist, I will help provide skills and tools to help improve your life and relationships. I believe therapy is a personalized journey where everyone heals in their own way.
