I am a caring and supportive Social Worker who aims to help individuals achieve more comfortable and authentic lives. Together, we will determine the best approach toward meeting those needs, in order to make changes that are positive and sustainable.

I have worked in a variety of settings, providing mental health services to children/adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families.
