I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy. I focus on connecting the mind and body to achieve emotional wellbeing and improved mental health. My journey towards this approach began when I participated in a transformative Summit Retreat designed for therapists and yoga teachers. The experience was empowering, and it inspired me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher with an emphasis in psychotherapeutic yoga and gain certification in mindfulness and meditation.
I recognize the uniqueness of each client and firmly believe one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. My goal is to create a nurturing and supportive space where clients can freely express themselves without fear of judgment. Through collaborative efforts, I provide the necessary tools and support for clients to regain control over their lives.
I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult step, and I am honored to be a part of my client's journey towards healing. I believe in the power of therapy to promote a sense of balance, peace, and wellbeing in our lives.
