Welcome to Hopeful Heart Counseling! We are a Northern NJ specialized private therapy practice. As founder of Hopeful Heart Counseling, it is my privilege and passion to help you restore balance in your life. I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. I utilize empirically based practices when working with mental health issues affecting adolescents and adults. I use an eclectic approach that is solution focused. When combined with transparency and authenticity, it helps put clients at ease and allows them to openly express themselves and their feelings.
We offer clients of all ages and their families the resources and support to make healthy choices in creating positive changes. Our practice also provides comprehensive substance abuse assessments to determine the appropriate level of care. We collaborate with other practitioners to create a support team for the client and make referrals when necessary.
With 20+ years of experience delivering quality and compassionate care, we are confident in our abilities to provide clients with a nonjudgmental space for self-discovery, expression, and emotional healing.
