I have been working in mental health since 2001 and been practicing therapy since 2008. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including crisis centers, partial day hospitals, EAP as well as outpatient. Since 2009 I have been working with children and teenagers in a community agency and recently began a private practice on the side working with all ages.
Most of my experience includes a lot of play, art and release techniques. I utilize more CBT modalities but I try to tailor my practice to the needs of my clients.
At present I take most private insurances and have availability on Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays in the Linwood area where I sublease office space.
